Laborers’ Local 582 (LiUNA) represents more than 1,450 men and women in the Building Construction Trades in Kane and Kendall Counties and throughout Illinois. It operates under the Building and Heavy Highway Agreements, which are overseen by the District Council of General and Construction Laborers of Chicago and its vicinity.
