Established in 1869, Bricklayers Local 3 (New York) has nearly 900 members and is dedicated to representing and providing services to craftworkers in the trowel trades. The union covers 24 counties in New York State and is a part of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.
The local union offers a wide range of training options through the International Masonry Institute (IMI), including bricklaying, stone masonry, tile setting, terrazzo, pointer, caulker, cleaner, plastering, and cement masonry.
