Chartered in 1945, IBEW Local 364 represents over 750 skilled electricians in Boone, Carroll, De Kalb, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago counties in Illinois. Its membership is split up into a number of electrical job categories, such as inside, electrical maintenance, electric signs, radio-television service, sound and public address, and electrical manufacturing work.
The union provides a range of benefits to its members, including health insurance, a pension plan, and training at the Northern Illinois Electrical Apprenticeship & Training Center.
