UA Local 290 is a multi-craft union made up of more than 4,000 active and retired members specializing in the fabrication, installation, and servicing of piping systems. Its jurisdiction covers a wide region, including 2.5 miles south of Woodland, Washington down to Eureka, California, and as far east as Morrow, Wheeler, and Lake/Harney counties in Oregon.
