Plumbers and Steamfitters UA Local 13 is a trade union representing nearly 1,200 members who work in Heavy Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Construction sectors as well as in the air conditioning (HVAC) industry. Its members work on miscellaneous projects such as Airports, Bio Research Labs, Chemical Processing Plants, Educational Institutions, Hotels, Power Plants, Processing Facilities, Residential Homes and Developments, Semiconductor Plants, Wineries, etc.
The jurisdiction of Local 13 covers the entire Monroe and Yates Counties, as well as portions of Allegany, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, and Wayne Counties in New York.
