Laborers’ Local 379

Laborers’ Local 379, which was founded in 1949, is made up of around 550 men and women who carry out all sorts of tasks required to construct the West Virginia counties of Marion, Mineral, Monongalia, Morgan, Preston, Hampshire, Taylor, Berkeley, and Jefferson.

The union offers a variety of benefits programs to its members, including education by the West Virginia Laborers’ Training Center, pension programs by WV Laborers’ Pension Trust Fund, etc.
