IUOE Local 627 is a labor union that provides a wide range of operations and maintenance services, including stationary building and plant-operation maintenance. Its members specialize in operating hoisting and portable equipment for various industries such as construction, building, wind, and pipeline. With over 900 operating engineers, the union serves numerous communities throughout Oklahoma state.
Through the training facility in Stroud, OK, Local 627 offers a comprehensive Apprenticeship program designed to train eligible members and provide ongoing skill improvement and related training to Operating Engineers. In addition, all eligible members receive comprehensive health & welfare plans, pensions, and annuity benefits.
