Chartered on April 8, 1902, IUOE Local 103 represents nearly 3,700 talented operating engineers who serve 33 counties in Indiana. It is a branch of the International Union of Operating Engineers, a labor union made up of operating engineers, stationary engineers, nurses, healthcare industry employees, and employees in the petrochemical industry.
Local 103 Apprenticeship & Training Center provides its members with comprehensive Apprenticeship programs as well as ongoing education classes and certifications.
