IBEW Local 38 members have been delivering a highly skilled workforce to the Northeast Ohio communities since August 8, 1895. The jurisdiction map includes Cuyahoga County, Geauga County (Bainbridge, Chester, and Russell Townships), and Lorain County (Columbia Township).
Its membership includes over 2,000 men and women who work as Inside and Teledata Electricians.
The organization offers a variety of benefit packages to its members, including welfare and pension programs, medical care, etc. Additionally, the Cleveland Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Trust offers Local 38 members the proper training for a wide range of electrical construction jobs.
