IBEW Local 191 represents electrical workers in Northwestern and Central Washington. Its jurisdiction covers all Inside, Sound and Communication, and Radio-Television Broadcasting work in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Island, Okanogan, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties, WA.
Local 191 provides its members with health and welfare plans with dependent coverage, pensions, paid vacation, holidays, sick pay, overtime premium pay, penalty pay, scholarships, and so on.
To provide the highly skilled workforce necessary to meet customer needs and to insure job satisfaction for the electrical workers, the Local Union offers its members a specialty apprenticeship training program in cooperation with Northwest Washington Electrical Industry JATC.
