IBEW Local 159
IBEW Local 159 is an Inside Local with many classifications of electricians: Journeyman Wireman, Residential Wireman, VDV Technicians, Apprentices, Construction Workers, and Construction Electricians. It has over 1,200 members across Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green Lake, Iowa, Marquette, and Sauk counties in Wisconsin.
As a part of IBEW, Local 159 members have access to various benefit programs, including in-class skill development through a 5-year Apprenticeship Program and ongoing support for the highest standards in the Electric power industry, various health and pension plans, the Union Plus program, etc.
