Carpenters Local 425 represents Carpenters in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, San Juan, Island, Clallam, and Jefferson Counties in Washington. It is affiliated with the Northwest Carpenters Union and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.
