Carpenters Local Union 30 represents over 3,500 carpenters in the Central Puget Sound region including King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties, Washington. It is affiliated with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America and the Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters.
This is a local union that is made up of skilled journey-level and apprentice carpenters specializing in commercial concrete formwork, from bridges to high rises, as well as commercial tenant improvement, interior finish work, scaffold building, and tradeshow carpentry.
Through the Northwest Carpenter’s Institute of Washington, Local 30 offers its members Apprentice, Journey-level, and related training classes.
