Bricklayers Local 1 (Maryland) is a union representing nearly 1,100 bricklayers, stone masons, pointer cleaner caulkers, terrazzo workers, tile setters, and finishers in the construction trades. It is comprised of two chapters: Baltimore and Washington, DC. The union’s jurisdiction covers Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and the state of Maryland, except for its three most western counties.
Headquartered in Camp Springs, Maryland, it is affiliated with the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.
