Since 1932, the members of IBEW Local 25 have provided the communities of Long Island with a highly skilled workforce. Its membership includes over 2,000 men and women who work in electrical construction, maintenance, and telecommunications industries in Nassau and Suffolk counties of Long Island, NY.
The organization offers a variety of benefit packages to its members, including welfare and pension programs, medical care, vision and dental insurance, etc. Additionally, the Long Island Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (LIJATC) offers Local 25 members the proper training for a wide range of electrical construction jobs.
