UA Local 60 has played a significant role in the Greater New Orleans region’s plumbing and pipefitting sector since 1891. Currently, its membership boasts over 2100 skilled Plumbers and Steamfitters who install the plumbing and air-conditioning systems in some of the largest commercial and industrial projects across its jurisdiction.
The Plumbers and Steamfitters JATC has a training program that implies a wide range of training courses including Plumbing, Welding, Blueprint Interpretation, Computer, Drafting, HVACR, and many more.
