Chartered in 1910, UA Local 412 represents over 1,600 Pipefitters, Plumbers, and HVAC workers who serve New Mexico, El Paso, and surrounding areas. The scope of work for Local 412 includes but is not limited to Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Pipefitting, Service, Pipe Welding, Gasfitting, High Purity, Industrial & Commercial, and Residential work.
The primary objective of Local 412 is to enhance the quality of life for its members and their families by providing a family-sustaining salary, health benefits, and a pension plan. Additionally, all members have access to the Local 412 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC), which offers an exceptional training program for new members and ongoing education for more experienced members.
