Located in Rockford, IL, UA Local 23 represents over 750 Plumbers, Pipefitters, and HVACR journeymen and apprentices in Winnebago, Stephenson, Boone, Ogle, Jo Daviess, and parts of Carroll counties in Illinois. Local 23 was formed through the merging of Local Union 57 and 210, followed by the merger with Local Union 328.
