UA Local 112 has been serving the Southern Tier since 1893. It currently has nearly 550 skilled Plumbers and Pipefitters who serve Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Hamilton, Herkimer, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Otsego, and Tioga counties in New York.
Its members have contributed to the construction of every important project in its jurisdictional region, including schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and power plants, as well as high-rise hotels and entertainment facilities.
Local 112 works hard to preserve, promote and protect the welfare of all members and employees in the piping industry within its jurisdiction. It offers a variety of services to its members, including a Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprenticeship Training Program, Health Plan, a Defined Contribution, and a Defined Benefit Pension Plan.
