Implementation Support Levels and Estimated Timelines

HCM TradeSeal’s implementation support team provides varying levels of support to our clients based on their selected product edition and amount of purchased support hours. Response times are based on availability of client’s assigned implementation specialist.

Basic edition: if your client is using HCM TradeSeal Basic edition, they will receive responses by email within 24 business hours. Basic edition includes up to 8 total hours of zoom meeting time, with additional hours available for purchase. Most implementations are done within 2-3 months.

Standard edition: if your client is using HCM TradeSeal Standard edition, they will receive responses by email within 24 business hours. Basic edition includes up to 8 total hours of zoom meeting time, with additional hours available for purchase. Most implementations are done within 2-3 months.

Standard edition – with white glove implementation support: if your client is using HCM TradeSeal Standard edition and has purchased white glove implementation support, they will receive responses by email within 24 business hours. Standard edition with white glove support typically includes 10-11 client-facing zoom meetings across the span of their project. Most implementations take 3 months.

Enterprise edition – with white glove implementation support: if your client is using HCM TradeSeal Enterprise edition with white glove implementation support, they will receive responses by email within 24 business hours. Most implementations take between 3-6 months.

TradeSeal’s team is readily available between the hours of:

  • 8am Central Daylight Time
  • 4pm Central Daylight Time

Our support team operates Monday through Friday, with the exception of observed company holidays.
