IBEW Local 196 represents nearly 1,100 skilled electricians who serve Fresno, Kings, Madera, and Tulare counties in California. Its members are divided into several categories of electrical work, including Inside, Sound and Communication, Radio and Television Installation and Service and Manufacturing.
