IUOE Local 564 is a labor union that negotiates for various workers at Dow Chemical Plants A and B, as well as crane operators, equipment operators, and drivers at Phillips Petroleum Company and Chevron Phillips Company in Sweeny, Texas.
Additionally, the union has organized engineers and maintenance workers in buildings and hotels in Houston, federal border crossings, a federal building, and military bases throughout Texas. Currently, its membership is made up of 2,100 members.
