IUOE Local 30 is a trade union representing over 5,300 experienced operating engineers who serve New York and Connecticut. Its members have contributed to the construction and maintenance of many important projects in its jurisdictional region, including the Empire State Building, the Museum of Modern Art, CitiField, Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden, the Hartford Capitol Building, and the Statue of Liberty
Local 30’s training facility offers its members a comprehensive apprentice training program as well as a skills improvement program and numerous certifications. It also offers several benefit programs to its members, including Health and Dental benefits, and Pension plans.
