Ironworkers 405 is a labor union representing nearly 400 members who serve Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania.

Local 405 comprises skilled tradespeople who specialize in reinforcing concrete in building construction, bridges, and roadways through the use of rebar, cables, and mesh, and are proficient in operating various types of machinery while possessing knowledge of hoisting equipment and proper signaling techniques.

The Local 405 Training Center offers its members a 3-year apprenticeship program and numerous certifications such as OSHA30, Post Tensioning, Crane Signalling, and Welding certifications.
