Founded on April 17, 1926, IBEW Local 306 represents approximately 800 skilled Electricians that perform work in the Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Teledata Fields in Summit, Medina, Portage, and Wayne Counties. Local 306 is a subsidiary organization of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, with headquarters in Akron, Ohio.
The Union has comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug benefits, high-class Apprenticeship training through Akron Area Electrical JATC, a retirement plan, etc.
