Founded in 1908, UA Local 150 consists of plumbers, pipefitters, welders, HVAC personnel, sketchers, and instrument fitters. They work for various signatory contractors such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, A&A Construction Georgia, Aecon, Westinghouse, Richmond County Constructors, Fluor Corporation, and many more.
Local 150 offers its members Journeyman classes that cover different areas within the trade such as Medical Gas Training, Tubing Bending Classes, and Valve Certification Classes. The union also offers a variety of benefits to over 1,300 active and retired members. Among them are Medical coverage, Vacation, Annuity, Pension Plans, etc.
