Founded in 1935, Building, Heavy Civil & Highway Construction Local 348 has a membership of about 1,100 people who work on construction sites throughout its service area. Its jurisdiction map includes Columbia, Walla Walla, Franklin, Grant, Benton, Douglas and 7 more counties in Washington.
Local 348 is affiliated with the Washington & Northern Idaho District Council of Laborers which represents 8 Local Unions across this region with over 10,000 active and retired members.
