Ironworkers Local 63

Iron Workers Local 63 is a diverse union that was founded in 1903. It represents approximately 1,000 highly skilled, union-trained Ironworkers throughout the Cook, Lake, McHenry, DuPage, and Eastern Kane Counties in Illinois. Its members tackle a variety of projects, including but not limited to the erection of unitized curtain wall systems, steel stairs and guardrails, ornamental and temporary fencing, monuments and statues, as well as miscellaneous metals and glass handrails.

The Training Center at Iron Workers Local 63 provides its members with the most current industry apprenticeship and journeyman training programs. In addition, all eligible members receive high-quality medical, dental, vision, disability, and death benefits.
