Carpenters Local 225 represents around 900 skilled, productive, and professional carpenters who serve Barbour, Chambers, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Lee, and Russell counties in Alabama and more than 100 counties in Georgia. The union is affiliated with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America and the Southeastern Carpenters Regional Council.
The Southeastern Carpenters Regional Council and Local 225 provide free training and apprenticeship programs for in-demand trades like commercial carpentry, flooring, interior systems, pile driving, lathing, millwork and cabinetry, and residential carpentry.
