UA Local 100

UA Local 100, chartered on December 1, 1892, currently encompasses nearly 1,700 trained journeymen and apprentice plumbers, pipefitters, welders, sprinkler fitters, and HVACR service technicians across 34 Texas counties and one county in Arkansas.

It is part of the Southwest Pipe Trades Association (SWPTA), which was founded in 1914 to represent the interests of union workers and Mechanical Contractors Association contractors in the plumbing and pipe-fitting industry in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

UA Local 100 JATC provides its members with thorough five-year apprenticeship training and upgrade classes for journeymen. Additionally, members and their families may benefit from high-class medical coverage and pension plan.
