  • Under 4 business hours response time for all issues
  • Under 2 business hours response time for urgent issues*, same-day resolution is provided for most urgent issues* submitted before 1pm Central

Our support team resolves urgent issues* same-day, high priority issues in five business days or less, and medium or low priority issues on a guided timeline designed to provide highly accurate solution updates. Support response times based on business hours. Our team may request to meet with you by phone or by Zoom as needed based on issue priority.

* Urgent issue response time and same-day resolution requires standard edition or enterprise edition.
